Get to Know Us

Owning my own wellness spa has been a dream of mine since I was a young girl. I have always enjoyed everything beauty from hair and makeup to getting my nails done. In my teenage years, I developed a strong passion for massage, fitness training and eating right. This passion led me on the path I am currently on, and I knew then that eventually I wanted to open my own wellness spa in my beautiful hometown of Prescott. 

In 2017, I completed massage therapy training with a sports and exercise science degree and a holistic nutrition certification from St. Paul College. Shortly upon graduating, I accepted an opportunity at Prescott Chiropractic, where I met the owner, Dr. Carina Patnode. I have been and still am part of the Prescott Chiropractic family and have truly enjoyed my time there. Little did I know that accepting that position at Prescott Chiropractic would ultimately lead to the birth of my dream. 

Early in 2023, Dr. Carina approached me and asked if I was interested in beginning the journey of my dream. I could not believe that this opportunity was finally here. In May 2023, we took the first steps and began the renovations of the space Ooh Ahh now calls home. We are proud to utilize local artists and contractors in the design and build out of this space. Our goal in opening this beautiful space is to advocate and promote a variety of health and beauty services to an amazing and wonderful surrounding community. Our hope is that Ooh Ahh can become your one stop shop!

I truly believe that everybody deserves to look and feel their best and it brings me great joy to be able to offer these services here in Prescott. We hope to see you soon.
